We ship locally (within South Africa) and internationally to your door with Fedex, UPS and other courier partners. Once an order is placed, it is dispatched by the next working day from our Cape Town based distribution centre. 

Orders delivered internationally (outside South Africa): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Delivery is within 4-8 working days. Orders delivered within South Africa: The minimum order spend to qualify for free shipping is R250. Shipping costs R75 for orders under R250. Delivery is within 1-5 working days.
