Items may be exchanged or returned. We do not offer refunds for returns, only store credit in the form of a gift voucher. 

Products may only be returned or exchanged if they are unused, in their original condition and accompanied by a form of proof of purchase. 

The return or exchange of a product must be completed within 30 days of your in-store purchase or online order delivery.

Any item(s) purchased at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned.

Should a product be defective or damaged, the item may be exchanged for a new one or FIELDS may issue a refund at their sole discretion.

Returns Procedure

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For online orders: To complete your return, we require the purchased items to be shipped back to us via courier plus a receipt or proof of purchase. 

For in-store orders: To complete your return, we require the purchased items to be returned to one of our stores along with your proof of purchase. 

For gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will be eligible for a gift credit voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    If you receive a refund and FIELDS collects the item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
        If you are shipping an item over R1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
