Alterations
We offer leg-length alterations on all trousers purchased from FIELDS.
Alteration requests made on the day of purchase are complimentary. Requests made after the day of purchase cost R150.
Alterations requests take 2–5 business days to complete, depending on the store location.
Please note that shortening trousers is an irreversible alteration. We encourage you to take care when confirming the pinned length, as altered trousers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Repairs
We remain invested in FIELDS garments beyond the point of purchase.
If a FIELDS garment requires attention, please contact us or bring it into one of our stores. Our team will assess the garment to determine whether it can be repaired.
Where repair is possible, we will advise on the best approach, timing and any associated cost before proceeding.
