*Waist - garment is lying flat. Place the front waistband (with button) directly over back waistband. Measure top edge left side to top edge right side. Compare this to a pant/short that fits you.
Inseam is standard at 22cm/8.7in. To measure this, garment is lying flat. At the mid point of the crotch, measure in a straight line down to the hem. Compare result to a short that fits you.
