Limited Edition Artist Collaboration: FIELDS x Gabrielle Kruger

We've translated our collaboration with artist Gabrielle Kruger, into a pure cotton jacquard weave tote. The artwork has been engineered to wrap around the bag. Perfect for a trip to the shops, as a carry-all, or as a laptop bag.

Gabrielle has developed an artistic practice that pushes the conventions of traditional painting. She experiments with acrylic paint as a dynamic medium by blurring the boundaries between painting and sculpture.

Through her investigation into the materiality of acrylic paint as a versatile medium, she reimagines a landscape that transcends the boundaries of simulation and reality, drawing attention to the plasticity of our contemporary world and challenging perceptions of what really comprises the natural environment.

Gabrielle's collaborative piece for FIELDS is titled The Winds Reveal.

The Cotton Artist's Tote falls under our 'Art' line which embodies our belief that your work is what you give to the world.

This piece is 100% cotton.

FIELDS is a sustainably-led menswear brand rooted in conscious design and local collaboration.

Each piece is made in limited quantities using natural yarns that are kinder to the planet. Our materials are sourced, processed, and knitted/woven within Southern Africa, and every piece is locally made in partnership with skilled factory teams.

This slower, considered approach supports local business and reflects our commitment to thoughtful, long-lasting design.

Wash & Care

Cold machine wash with like colours and hang to dry. Do not tumble dry.

Dimensions are 40cm / 16" high and 37cm / 14.5" wide.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship locally (within South Africa) and internationally to your door with Fedex, UPS and other courier partners. Once an order is placed, it is usually dispatched by the next working day from our Cape Town based distribution centre. United States orders using the UPS Economy shipping option are dispatched every Tuesday.

Orders delivered internationally (outside South Africa): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Your local VAT/state taxes and country-specific import duties are included in the price you pay FIELDS at check-out and are included in the 'Shipping' cost. Delivery is within 4-8 working days.

Orders delivered to the United States (US): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. US orders under $800 will not incur import duties and taxes. Your local VAT/state taxes are included in the price you pay FIELDS at check-out and are included in the 'Shipping' cost. Delivery is within 4-8 working days.

If using the UPS Economy shipping option, delivery is within 10-14 working days. Orders made using this option are dispatched from our Cape Town based distribution centre every Tuesday.

Orders delivered within South Africa: The minimum order spend to qualify for free shipping is R250. Shipping costs R75 for orders under R250. Delivery is within 1-5 working days.

Orders picked-up from our stores do not incur shipping fees.
