Shipping
At FIELDS we ship both internationally and locally (within South Africa) to your door with UPS and other courier partners. Once an order is placed, it is dispatched by the next working day from our Cape Town-based distribution centre.
For orders delivered to an address in South Africa, the minimum order spend to qualify for free shipping is R250. Shipping costs R75 for orders under R250. Delivery is within 2-5 working days.
Orders picked-up from our stores do not incur shipping fees.
For orders delivered internationally, (outside South Africa), a minimum order spend to qualify for free shipping is R3800. Shipping costs R900 for orders under R3800, with a minimum spend of R1500 per order. Delivery is within 5-8 working days.
Tax & Duties
The South African Rand (ZAR) has the currency symbol R.
For orders delivered within South Africa, local VAT is included in the price you pay FIELDS at check-out.
For orders delivered out of South Africa, your local VAT/state taxes and country-specific import duties are not included in the price you pay FIELDS at check-out. Customs and import duties will be applied to your order when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. However, due to trade agreements between South Africa and the European Union as well as the United States, import duties are estimated at close to 0%. You will be charged local VAT/state tax by the courier before delivery, which you'll need to pay.
Order Tracking
Order tracking information will be sent to you using the email you provided during your purchase. A tracking number will be provided, that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment through our shipping partner’s tracking portal. You will be sent regular shipment status updates from our hello@fieldsstore.com email address. Please check your spam folder for shipping and delivery confirmation emails.
Exchanges & Returns
We offer an exchange or store credit (gift card) refund on all orders, both local and international. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and for the item(s) to be returned to us by courier or brought to your Fields store of purchase for an assessment within 30 days of receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.
Please note: Item(s) purchased at a discounted price, sale or from our Off-Season category can only be exchanged (within 30 days of purchase/delivery). Item(s) purchased from our in-store Sample Rail/Sample Sale are final sale, and can not be returned or exchanged.
