Alterations
We offer custom length alterations on all of our trousers. Simply let us know your desired length and we’ll pin it in-store to confirm you’re happy. On average, your alteration will be ready for collection within a week. If you are ordering online but have a specific length preference, you can indicate your desired inseam length in the order notes at checkout - alternately you can email us with your name, order number and desired inseam length. If you're unsure where to measure, take a pair of trousers that are your preferred length, and measure the distance from the top of the inside seam, to the hem. Please be mindful that shortening your trousers is an irreversible alteration so take care to be precise about your desired length to avoid the disappointment of too-short trousers.
Repair
We remain invested in FIELDS’ garments after they are sold, through our in-store repair service. Should you have an item in need of repair, please contact us. Our team will assess the garment damage to determine whether it is reparable.
