Made to be worn, with an outer constructed from cotton in a twill weave covered with a showerproof coating for projection against the rain, this understated FIELD jacket is designed to last from season to season.
Focused as much on function as form, the jacket sports four font pockets, a fifth inner secret one and a hood that can be concealed in the collar for ease of access and versatile style. The front zip is duel direction. The sleeves each have adjustment tabs as well as the left and right side of the waistband to ensure a perfect fit.
The jackets unique lining is as a collaboration between FIELDS and Sowetan artist Themba Khumalo. In his art, Khumalo uses electricity poles and cranes to represent people. In his piece these two poles, are bending, changing the norm to reach out in a deeper way. This is the theme of FIELDS' first collection. As a young brand, we are reaching out to the world as we begin our journey to build connections.
